We also email all of our customers every Friday around four of five in the evening,” said Clott. Despite the advice of virtually every professional marketer, the Friday evening drip campaigns are performing for Clott because, once again, he took the time to get to know his customer base.
The dedicated cyclists to which Anywhere Bicycle Repair caters rarely stay out late on Fridays, instead they can be found preparing for an early morning ride the next day.
Clott knows his customers, and he knows when they’re available, thus his every Friday evening email campaign sees far more open and click through rates than the more standard times the market has come to expect.
